I’m an Oak Lawn resident, why did I get a bill for using the ambulance service?
Everyone who receives ambulance services from the Oak Lawn Fire Department will receive a bill. You just need to fill in your insurance information and return to the billing service. They will bill your insurance company and you will not be charged for your co-pay. Most residents have comprehensive health insurance which covers the cost of ambulance service so less of your dollars go towards property taxes to pay for excellent emergency rescue services 24/7. If you do not have insurance, you may contact the billing service at 1-800-244-2345 to make arrangements.

Do you offer CPR classes?
Not at this time, but you may contact Advocate Christ Hospital and Medical Center at 1-800-323-8622 for more information.
